Founder and CEO Janice Bryant Howroyd is a North Carolina native who left her hometown in 1976 armed with $1500. Since then, she has dedicated her efforts to building an organization that is committed to keeping the humanity in Human Resources, and to Strategic, Inclusive Procurement.

Mrs. Howroyd’s commitment to excellence has grown ActOne Group to 33 countries, with over 17,000 clients and more than 2,800 employees. Mrs. Howroyd was selected by former President Barack Obama to serve as a White House appointee, and continues to serve under the current administration, as an Ambassador of Energy. Mrs. Howroyd gives generously through funding and advocacy for STEM education, particularly for women and minorities.

Mrs. Howroyd leads her teams to build business success based on the ability to connect great companies with great talent. Peter Carvalho is the President of two ActOne Group divisions, AllSTEM Connections and All’s Well Healthcare Staffing. He joined the organization in 2006 as President of AgileOne, the ActOne Group’s flagship workforce solutions vertical. During this tenure, he’s used his versatile skill set and industry experience to develop multiple ActOne Group brands into award-winning leaders in the workforce and staffing industries.

Anne has been with All’s Well and its sister companies for over 19 years. She has a strong commitment to risk management, compliance, and corporate guidelines. Her experience in the medical field in both public and private sectors lends to her expertise in any setting. Anne is a passionate leader in team building, protocol details, and analysis.
Christina Cosby Regional Administrative Director

Christina has dedicated the past 20 years of her career to All's Well and its sister companies by providing HR and organizational support to its leaders and growing branches. With a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Christina has also been instrumental in project management for the company's bilingual Spanish needs. Christina's work ethic and ability to navigate through challenges has made her an integral member of the medical staffing division.
